The Reception Staff

Our receptionists make appointments and answer your phone calls. They work in the hub of the practice so are able to help you with most of your queries. Their job is very demanding so please be patient. There is a receptionist available from 8.00am to 6.00pm on the front desk and manning the phone. Our reception staff have undertaken special training and always respect patient confidentiality.
